We strongly suggest that you download and use a free trial
of our software before you purchase. This provides you a period
of time to confirm that our product does exactly what you
want it to. In addition to the free trial, we offer a 7 day
return guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its
original condition within 7 days of the date you received
the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact,
software must not have been activated) and we will issue a
full credit for the price you paid for the item. Credit can
be used against any future purchase for the period of 12 months
from the date of issue. We do not accept the return of opened
or used items or activated items under any circumstances.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders can be cancelled up to the time that the software has
been supplied by email or hardware shipped. Unfortunately,
we are unable to accept cancellation of orders after this
time.
