Doing Business with NMS

We believe that doing business with NMS should be simple and straightforward. We have clear policies regarding orders and delivery, support and warranty, refunds and returns and the privacy and security of your personal information.

Orders and Delivery
Orders may be placed by email to sales@nms-adaptive.com or by calling our UK sales team on 0845 612 4000 or US sales team on 877-887-9853. All software products are delivered by email within 48 hours of receipt of payment, or for credit account customers, receipt of order. During the order process you will be asked to nominate the email address to which you would like your purchase to be sent to. Orders for hardware products including GSM Modems and Call Recorders are supplied by post or courier. Shipment is usually within 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of order.

Warranty and Support
All Adaptive products are supplied as is, and with options for extended service. If you purchase Software Assurance we aim to respond to a support request within 2working hours but this is not a guaranteed service level and at busy times this may be exceeded. Support is provided Monday to Friday between 09.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. UK GMT / BST and US EST. You can contact our support team, by email to support@nms-adaptive.com or by calling UK 0845 612 4000 or US 877-887-9853. All hardware supplied is covered by a 12 months return to base warranty. You MUST contact our support team for a return number BEFORE sending back faulty equipment to us. Any goods received without a returns number will be rejected.

Refund and Return Policy
We strongly suggest that you download and use a free trial of our software before you purchase. This provides you a period of time to confirm that our product does exactly what you want it to. In addition to the free trial, we offer a 7 day return guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, software must not have been activated) and we will issue a full credit for the price you paid for the item. Credit can be used against any future purchase for the period of 12 months from the date of issue. We do not accept the return of opened or used items or activated items under any circumstances. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to the time that the software has been supplied by email or hardware shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation of orders after this time.
